Refund Policy

GoWest.ai is operated by West McDonald Co. and provides business-to-business AI advisory, assessment, policy, governance, workflow, and enablement services.
This Refund Policy applies to payments made for GoWest.ai and BizVantage services unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
General Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once payment has been made, except in cases of confirmed billing error, duplicate charge, or incorrect charge.
Because GoWest.ai provides professional services, advisory work, assessment access, reserved capacity, digital deliverables, business analysis, and subscription-based services, payments are not refundable after purchase.
BizVantage Subscriptions
BizVantage services are billed quarterly, upfront.
Once a quarterly BizVantage subscription payment has been processed, the payment is non-refundable except in cases of confirmed billing error, duplicate charge, or incorrect charge.
Cancellation of a BizVantage subscription stops future billing according to the Cancellation Policy but does not create a refund for the current paid billing period.
Overage Payments
Some BizVantage subscriptions, partner plans, or service packages may include a set number of assessments, AI workflow assessments, policy outputs, procedure outputs, customer-facing deliverables, usage credits, or other included services during a billing period.
If a customer or partner uses more than the included amount during the subscription period, GoWest.ai may charge one-time overage fees.
Overage fees are non-refundable once payment has been made, except in cases of confirmed billing error, duplicate charge, or incorrect charge.
Consulting, Advisory, and Project Services
GoWest.ai services outside of BizVantage may include consulting, advisory services, AI readiness assessments, policy development, implementation planning, workshops, training, Fractional CAIO support, or related professional services.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, payments for these services are non-refundable once payment has been made, except in cases of confirmed billing error, duplicate charge, or incorrect charge.
Larger consulting engagements, custom projects, or implementation work may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement. In those cases, the terms of the written agreement will apply.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or billed the wrong amount, contact us at lesley@gowest.ai.
Please include your name, company name, billing email, invoice number if available, description of the billing issue, and date and amount of the charge.
If a billing error is confirmed, GoWest.ai will correct the error or issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method where possible.
Payment Disputes
Please contact GoWest.ai before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most billing issues can be resolved faster by working with us directly.
