Approved BizVantage partners may use approved assessment outputs, AI workflow assessments, policies, procedures, and related deliverables with their customers, including white-labeled outputs where permitted by the applicable agreement or terms.

5. Sensitive Data Restrictions

Clients, partners, and users should not upload, submit, email, or otherwise provide unnecessary sensitive information to GoWest.ai, BizVantage, or any related tool, platform, form, portal, or workflow unless GoWest.ai has specifically requested it and appropriate safeguards have been agreed.

Sensitive information may include health information, medical records, social insurance numbers, social security numbers, government identification numbers, credit card numbers, payment card data, passwords, security credentials, API keys, access tokens, personal financial information, employee records, customer lists containing personal information, privileged legal documents, confidential financial statements, regulated personal information, and information subject to special contractual, privacy, legal, or regulatory restrictions.
