GoWest.ai is operated by West McDonald Co. operating as GoWest.ai. GoWest.ai provides business-to-business AI consulting, advisory, readiness assessment, governance, workflow, policy, and enablement services. This Delivery & Fulfillment Policy explains how GoWest.ai and BizVantage services are delivered.
1. Service-Based Business
GoWest.ai provides professional services, digital deliverables, subscription-based services, advisory support, assessment outputs, and related business-to-business offerings. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, GoWest.ai does not sell or ship physical goods.
2. How Services Are Delivered
Depending on the service purchased, GoWest.ai services may be delivered through:
- Online access to BizVantage services
- Digital assessment workflows
- AI workflow assessments
- AI readiness reports
- Policy and procedure outputs
- Executive summaries and strategic recommendations
- Discovery calls and stakeholder interviews
- Workflow analysis and opportunity identification
- Workshops, training sessions, or executive briefings
- Advisory sessions and consulting calls
- Implementation planning
- Roadmaps, templates, documents, or presentations
- Email, shared drives, secure links, online meetings, or other agreed delivery methods
3. BizVantage Access
For BizVantage subscriptions, access is generally made available immediately after successful payment. Some assessment outputs, reports, policies, procedures, customer-facing deliverables, or partner deliverables may require additional onboarding, account setup, customer inputs, workflow details, business information, or partner participation before they can be completed.
4. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary by service type, subscription level, client responsiveness, partner responsiveness, customer submissions, project complexity, stakeholder availability, and scope. Where applicable, specific timelines may be stated in a proposal, invoice, checkout page, subscription plan, order form, statement of work, or written agreement. If no specific timeline is stated, GoWest.ai will coordinate delivery directly with the client or partner after purchase or engagement approval.
5. Client and Partner Inputs Required
Many GoWest.ai and BizVantage services require client or partner participation. Required inputs may include business goals, company information, workflow details, stakeholder participation, assessment responses, customer information needed for assessment delivery, current policies or procedures, technology stack information, meeting attendance, review feedback, approval of customer-facing outputs, and other information reasonably needed to provide the service. Delays in receiving required inputs may delay delivery timelines.
6. Digital Deliverables
Reports, policies, procedures, presentations, roadmaps, summaries, recommendations, templates, and other digital deliverables may be delivered by email, shared drive, secure link, online platform, account access, or another agreed method.
7. No Physical Shipping
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, GoWest.ai does not ship physical products. Because GoWest.ai's services are digital, advisory, subscription-based, or professional-service-based, shipping times and physical delivery timelines do not apply.
8. Changes in Scope
Requests outside the agreed service, subscription, project, or engagement scope may require a separate proposal, updated order form, change order, statement of work, or additional fees.
9. Questions About Delivery
